Important information regarding this weekends club competition!

With the low number of entries for the competition, it has been decided that we host it at the Papamoa Dojo.

An email has gone out to all of those that have entered but if yourlve missed it, the details are…

Location: Bay Karate Papamoa Dojo. Gordon Spratt Reserve.

Date & Time: Sunday 8 December, 1:15pm.

Please remember that this is a FUN event but you need to be in full GI with a mouth guard and protectors (if you have them).

Wow, there’s just 3 weeks of Karate left for 2019. Let’s make sure we end the year with a bang!

Inter-club competition: is being held on Dec 8 at Tauranga Boys College. And is compulsory for all Juniors attending the grading.

End of year Grading: 13 & 14 Dec. Training seminar will be held at the Papamoa Dojo and full club grading on Saturday will be held at the Papamoa Primary School Hall.

Remember, wear sunscreen.

Wear a tee shirt.

With the weather starting to heat up its time to ditch you Gi top.

Come to class in ya gi pants and a t-shirt for the warmer months.

So, I've managed to forget something on the Grading form...  The cost! 

Grading fee is $50.00 per person and needs to be paid to the club account.

So, all details have been set! Yay.

Grading seminar will be 12 April at the Dojo.  

Grading day is Saturday 13 April again, at the Dojo.  

Grading invites will be handed out this week and need to be back in by 10 April.   

And for those who can't make the specified date, there will be a special grade examination on the 10th of April starting at 5pm. 

Hey team.

This terms grading will be held 13 April 2019. First Saturday of the school holidays. Full details will be sent out soon.  

Sunday 10th of March, saw Bay Karate entering its team in the first competition of 2019.

Our team all performed well and it was great to see some new faces joining us. The next competition is CNI19 held here in Tauranga on 24th March.  

The CNI Championships are coming…24 March 2019.

If you would like to enter this fantastic event held right here in Tauranga please let Sensei know when we start back next week. Please note all entries are to be managed through the club.
